NBC Together: An Evening of Connection and Support

On 15 April 2026, the Netherlands Business Council UAE hosted NBC Together: An Evening of Connection and Support at the Melrose Bar and Lounge, Paramount Hotel Midtown, Business Bay, Dubai.

The evening brought together Dutch professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners for an open and honest conversation about the current business climate. Through a moderated Q&A session, members shared their challenges, their resilience, and their readiness to support one another. The themes that emerged were ones of community, adaptability, and quiet determination, a reflection of what the NBC stands for.

We were honoured to welcome Consul General Paul Ymkers and the full team from the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Dubai. Their presence reinforced the strong and ongoing relationship between the Dutch diplomatic community and the Dutch business community here in the UAE.

The evening ran from 19:00 to 22:00 and included a networking reception with canapes and drinks, giving members the opportunity to continue conversations in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

NBC Together was a reminder of why this community exists. Not just to do business, but to show up for each other. We thank every member who attended and look forward to continuing these conversations at future events.
