Vacancy Treasurer of the NBC Board 2025/2026

The board of the Netherlands Business Council UAE (NBC) is currently looking for a new Treasurer who wishes to elevate NBC to an even higher level. The board consists of five to seven members and the role of the NBC board is to supervise the execution of the strategy throughout the year and to help the NBC Executive director/team when necessary. The election of the board of directors will take place during our next Annual General Assembly scheduled for March 2025.

The treasurer shall be responsible for all financial aspects of NBC in close coordination with the NBC Executive Director. The treasurer shall be responsible for facilitating the preparation of an NBC Budget, monthly review of the NBC financial report, organizing timely yearly audit and audit reports to the NBC Board, as well as regular monitoring and comparing the actual revenues and expenses incurred against budget. Candidates should be at least been a member of the NBC for one year. A position on the board is voluntary.
